This is a process server resources wiki to serve as a central depository and reference point for legal information, forms, and contacts. Please help us build this site by posting links to resources for process servers. If you are not familiar with a wiki, or cannot figure out how to post a link, just send it to us and we will post it.
This Wiki allows for additions to be made by anyone.
Each state will have a page for posting laws, cases, forms, associations and resources. See the California page below for a format example, or suggest something better. A page will be devoted to federal laws, forms and resources. A page for process serving software programs will be provided.
